Henries was booked into the St. Johns County jail Friday. Police say she had been in Daytona and voluntarily came back to St. Augustine, where she was served a warrant.
Police say Henries shot and killed Jeffrey Lee, 29, at a home on Arricola Avenue on March 9.
Investigators say Jessica Henries called her mother, Debra, and her sister, Jordan, telling them about a physical confrontation she had had with Lee, her boyfriend.
Investigators said when Debra and Jordan arrived, another confrontation ensued and Jordan shot Lee.
