Nassau woman arrested on suspicion of DUI with children in car, deputies say

The Nassau County Sheriff's Office arrested Allison Conboy, 33, on suspicion of DUI with two children in the car.

A Sheriff's Office arrest report says deputies received a call from a witness concerned about a reckless driver.

According to the report, the witness told deputies the car was all over the road, swerving out of its lane and onto the shoulder, even into oncoming traffic.

The witness told deputies the cars in the opposite lane had to swerve to avoid a collision when the suspect car would travel into oncoming traffic.

The report says the deputy called out for the reported reckless driving witnessed the car leave its lane and go into oncoming traffic.

The deputy said in the report that there were two children in the car.

The report says the woman performed poorly on the field sobriety exercises and that she blew a 0.098 on the first breath test and .10 on the second breath test. The report notes that the breath tests were taken at the detention center almost three hours after the traffic stop.
