An overturned log truck has closed U.S. 301 at Pickett St. in Callahan.
The Florida Highway Patrol arrived on the scene just after 4:30 a.m.
All lanes are blocked in both directions as crews work to clear the roadway.
FHP is reporting that at least one person is hurt.
