The White House has released a testing blueprint designed to facilitate State development and implementation of the robust testing plans and rapid response programs called for in President Donald Trump’s guidelines. The plans and programs described in the blueprint will reportedly help states prevent and contain any local outbreaks of the coronavirus as economic and social activities reopen across the country.
