First Alert Weather: Foggy Monday morning with temperatures to reach near-record highs

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — UPDATE: The Dense Fog Advisory has been extended until 9 a.m.

A Dense Fog Advisory is in effect until 8 a.m. for all local counties except Pierce, Brantley and Glynn counties in southeast Georgia.

First Alert Skycams are really shrouded in with limited visibilities. Once the fog lifts around 10 a.m., it will be a partly sunny and warm day with near record high temperatures.

This warmth continues Tuesday before the weather pattern turns a bit wetter. Showers move in Tuesday night and during the day Wednesday. A storm system will move across the viewing area late Friday/early Saturday as the weather pattern clears up Sunday.
