JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Action News Jax reporter Brittney Donovan is live on CBS47 and FOX30 as police continue to investigate what caused the crash.
One person is dead and two others were injured in a crash that happened early Sunday morning near Baymeadows Road and Interstate 95.

The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office responded to the 8300 block of Western Way at 1:45 a.m.
Police said a car that was driving northbound crossed the center lane and struck another car that was traveling southbound head on.
The driver of the car that was traveling northbound was taken to the hospital and later died.
The two people in the car that was traveling southbound were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
