App now available in the Jacksonville area allows people to more easily donate items

If you want to use your smartphone to schedule a free pickup, describe the item you want to donated or post pictures of the things you want hauled away, Paul Tocci has an app
for that, called ReSupply.

“Anything in your home that you no longer use, you can easily arrange (for) a pickup service (to) come in and haul them off for free,” Tocci said.

ReSupply just rolled out in our area, where you can donate your stuff to places such as Habitat for Humanity ReStore.

Tocci said he is also developing a new donation website that will allow discounts of up to 70% off on big-ticket items at Habitat for Humanity ReStore.

The first 30 days of use would be free and, after that, $5 monthly donation would be required.
