Troopers have identified a man killed in a crash in Clay County on Wednesday.
FHP says 33-year-old Robert Wagner of Middleburg was killed in the head-on crash on County Road 315 at Medinah Lane.
Wagner was driving southbound on CR 315 at 7 a.m. when troopers say he crossed the center line and drove into the northbound lane.
The front of his Honda Accord hit an Audi SUV head-on, according to FHP.
The driver of the Audi, 60-year-old Lee Edmonson of Green Cove Springs, had minor injuries.
Both drivers were wearing seat belts, according to FHP. Troopers are still investigating.
