With just days before the total solar eclipse, many are trying to get their hands on a pair of solar eclipse glasses. But did you know that you can make your own viewer?
Crafty Kids Amelia Island will host a class on Saturday where kids can make their own solar eclipse viewer and learn the importance of protecting their eyes during the eclipse.
Total solar eclipse: Early dismissal, excused absences at Jacksonville area schools
The craft class runs from 9 a.m.- 12 p.m. and costs $25 per student. The class will provide supplies, breakfast and lunch.
