JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Crews removed all remnants of Howard Schneider from his former office Wednesday.
“If you didn’t do what he said he would grab you by the throat and throw you back in the chair,” she says of her encounters with Schneider. The former dentist was arrested in 2015.
In February the state dropped Medicaid fraud charges against Schneider due to incompetence.
Now, workers say the property is owned by the bank. Crews explain that all medical documents left behind will be shredded.
We're told the building is owned by the bank. I spoke to one of Schneider's former patients - she tells me even when the building is empty it will always bring back horrifying memories. @ActionNewsJax @WOKVNews pic.twitter.com/DBzHtwz1QX— Beth Rousseau (@BethANJax) March 7, 2018
