Despite rumors, Jacksonville rapper is not dead, family says

Jacksonville rapper Charles Doles, who goes by Baby Soulja, is not dead, despite rumors claiming he is that have spread on social media.

Heavy.com reported Doles was involved in a car crash in Florida on Feb. 25, which he shared on a post on Instagram.

Feb. 28, the rapper's name began to trend on Twitter with rumors and videos saying the rapper had died, but according to a Facebook post, the rapper's brother said the rumors were untrue.

Doles brother, Mike Jones, wrote, “Man listen my brother Charles Doles not dead if u ain’t heard it from one of his family members it’s not true ion know who hacked bruh s*** but it ain’t real ...”

Heavy.com reported that the rumors began after a fake Instagram post was uploaded to his Doles' page. It has since been deleted and the rapper's family said that his page had been hacked.
