JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Duval County Public Schools, Florida Blue, and Winn-Dixie are partnering together to provide free flu vaccines for all DCPS employees at a drive-up clinic.
The clinic is today, Sept. 26, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Duval County Public School District Building.
Each patient who receives a flu vaccine will also receive giveaways from Florida Blue and a $10 Winn-Dixie gift card.
DCPS employees, including teachers, administrators and staff, along with family members 18 and older and retired DCPS educators, are eligible to receive the free vaccine. Employees must provide valid employee ID, while family members and retired DCPS employees must present valid photo ID and their insurance card.
All insurance policies will be accepted.
There will be regular and high-dose (age 65 and older) flu vaccines available.
