JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Police have made an arrest in the shooting death of a Jacksonville mother, the Sheriff’s Office announced Friday morning.

In November of 2019, officers said they responded to a shooting at an apartment in the 8200 block of Gate Parkway, where they found a woman who had been shot.

The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said she died at the complex.

The woman, identified by family and friends as 24-year-old Felisia, “Fefe” Williams, was the mother of a 4-year-old girl.
