The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said one of the teenagers appeared to intentionally ram the SUV into an unmarked JSO car on Helena Street toward Lem Turner Road.
Police said the unmarked car that had flashing lights on was trying to pull over the SUV.
The three appeared in court Friday afternoon.
Action News Jax found through court records that Pratt was arrested April of this year for a carjacking, and this isn’t the first time Davis ran from police.
According to court records, in March, Davis was charged for aggravated battery on a law enforcement officer.
Action News Jax asked JSO if the AK-47 in the car was stolen, but they did not respond to the request.
