UPDATE, 10/27/17, 8:45 p.m.: A St. Johns County couple said they are happy to see their wedding photos.
Friday afternoon, we told you that the Rollins couple has been married for almost three years but still hasn't received their photos on a CD or flash drive from the photography company HB Photography.
They also said they couldn't access them online because they were blocked.
Action News Jax tried contacting the photographer, and after our story aired, the couple and the photographer seem to be working things out.
The photographer claims the couple had access to the photos online the whole time, they just didn't have a CD.
Original story below:
A Jacksonville couple says they have not received their wedding photos from a photographer -- two years after their wedding.
Markiesa Rollins said they can’t get in touch with Heather Bishop of HB Photography.
“She told us we would receive a flash drive with all the pictures on it,” Rollins said.
She said two years later, still no flash drive.
Rollins says she and her husband contacted the photographer on Facebook repeatedly asking for the photos.
She said they can’t reach her at all now.
“She caught an attitude, blocked us,” Rollins said.
We checked to see if her business was registered with the state but only found an HB Photography Inc, that was registered out of Pompano Beach, that was inactive.
Rollins says she was able to save a few pictures from Facebook before the photographer blocked her. She said she still wants the rest of them.
“Those are memories. We want those,” she said.
