Jags' Devin Lloyd poses with new member of his family, Lilith after adopting her from Jacksonville Humane Society.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla — Devin Lloyd adopted a dog from the Jacksonville Humane Society this Thursday!

He adopted Lilith, a one year old mixed breed pup. Devin visited JHS on Monday the 11th where he saw all the dogs and picked Lilith. He took her on a sleepover to make sure she was the best fit for him and then he finalized the adoption on April 13th.

Lilith was originally found as a stray on the west side of town.

The leash you see in the picture is a training tool called a chain leash. Lilith is still learning to walk on her leash and this helps her learn not to play tug with the leash.

Devin was very willing to work with Lilith and help her be the best dog she can be!
