Local Hispanic and Latino Students encouraged to apply for Achieving the Dream Scholarship

JACKSONVILLE, Fla — Local students have an opportunity to win a scholarship to help with college.

The First Coast Hispanic Chamber of Commerce has extended the deadline for its “Achieving the Dream Scholarship” to June 15.

It’s awarded annually to 10 or 12 students of Hispanic or Latino descent who are pursuing an Associate’s, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
