JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A local man accused of breaking into a former classmate's condo while carrying handcuffs, a knife, and a taser is facing a judge for sentencing Friday.
Police said Paul Kartsonis was arrested in 2018 inside the victim's Jacksonville condo, while wearing the victim's panties, bra and dress under his clothes.
