NASSAU COUNTY, Fla. — Florida Highway reported that at approximately 12:45 a.m. on Sunday, a red GMC Sierra pickup truck traveling east on US 90 near Log Rd. 21 had veered veered the vehicle into the westbound lane for an unknown reason.
STORY: 3 teens and 1 adult are critically injured after a crash on I-95 in Jacksonville
The driver side of the pickup truck hit the left side panel and rear tractor tires of a semi truck traveling westbound.
The driver of the pickup truck was transported to UF Health Jacksonville in critical condition.
No other injuries were involved in the crash.
