Man in Walmart upskirt investigation caught by police

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A man is in police custody after an upskirt investigation at Walmart.

A woman told police a man put his cellphone underneath a woman's skirt and took a picture.

The incident, captured on surveillance video, happened Monday at the Walmart on Beach Boulevard, just west of Southside Boulevard.

The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office released an image of a man wanted for questionining in the incident.
