2 injured in dual crashes involving a semi-truck on I-95

ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. — 6 AM UPDATE: All northbound lanes on I-95 have reopened following earlier crashes between state road 206 and 207. Southbound lanes are still closed and traffic is being diverted off SR 207.

The St. Johns County Fire Rescue says two people were transported to the hospital.

One person was airlifted to Orange Park Medical in serious condition and the other person was taken to Flagler hospital in stable condition.

The Florida Highway Patrol says there are multiple crashes with injuries at mile marker 308 between

state road 206 and 207 in St. Johns County.

The crashes are blocking all northbound and southbound lanes on I-95.

Traffic is being diverted at SR 206 to Hastings.

No word on the extent of injuries or how many people are involved.
