Police investigate death after man's body found in Brunswick marina

Brunswick police have identified the man found dead in the water at a local marina as Fred Batton, 57.

Officers were called out to Torras Landing Marina after witnesses reported a male body floating in the water at about 9:30 a.m. Friday.

Batton is known to fish frequently in the area said authorities.

The investigation as to how he ended up in the water is ongoing.
