Sugar Factory’s long-awaited Jacksonville location finally opens

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Sugar Factory American Brasserie has expanded in Florida with their new location in Jacksonville on 4910 Big Island Drive.

The restaurant in Jacksonville can sit up to a 179 people in the main dining area, 20 people at the bar and an outdoor patio with space for 107 guests.

It will have the Sugar Factory signature candy wall, candy heart retail store where guests can choose a wide variety of candy on the signature floor to ceiling candy wall.

Guest can enter through the main dining area to visit the retail store.

Offering brunch, lunch and dinner, Sugar Factory’s menu features burgers, pastas, quesadillas, tacos, stir fries and salads as well as their famous desserts.

Sugar Factory Jacksonville is located at 4910 Big Island Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32246 and is open Monday through Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Saturday, Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. For the reservation you can click here.

This specific location has been in the works since November 2021.
