New video shows the hours when hostages were held at gunpoint inside a Jacksonville bank.
Surveillance from the Dec.1 standoff at Community First Credit Union on Edgewood Avenue shows a man entering the bank with a dog and a bucket.

Police later identified the man as Nicholas Humphrey.
On the video, he appeared to pull out a gun that sent customers and employees running for cover.
“It brought back a lot of old memories,” Frank Brown told Action News Jax. He said he was one of 13 hostages who were held inside Community First and has seen the footage.
“You know, it brought back a lot of issues," he said. "When I wake up, I know that it was me, but it’s almost like it was another person who went through that.”
Security cameras at multiple angles captured Humphrey grabbing hostages and dragging them around the bank at gunpoint. The standoff lasted for two hours until SWAT team members entered the bank and arrested Humphrey.
Action News Jax showed the video to neighbors who watched the events unfold from outside. They called the video eye opening.
“Someone with a gun to your head and you walk in a bank for something. You don’t expect nothing like that,” Neighbor Albert Dixon said.
Humphrey’s parents have previously said that he suffers from mental illness. Humphrey is expected in court again later in March.
