Tenikka's Books for Kids: Donate books in Jacksonville now through March 16

From March 1 until March 16, drop new children’s books off at any Jacksonville Public Library location for the second Annual Tenikka’s books for Kids. There are several easy ways for you to donate!
Literacy is a vitally important tool for kids to succeed, yet many underprivileged children in our area don’t have books on their own. Action News Jax Family Focus, 95.1 WAPE, 96.9 The Eagle and the Jacksonville Public Library are teaming up to change that.
Tenikka’s Books for Kids (#TB4K) is a book drive collecting new children’s books for the Jacksonville Public Library’s summer learning programs. All eligible books will be given out to children enrolled in the programs so that they can have reading materials of their own.
1. You can donate books at any Jacksonville Public Library location from March 1 until March 16. You can also drop books off at the Action News Jax studios, 95.1 WAPE,  and 96.9 The Eagle studios.
2. Amazon registry is also available this year for people who want to buy books online. Click here to learn more

3. You can visit San Marco Books and More to purchase and drop off books.

4. Participate in our Community Service Challenge! Invite your business, school, place of worship, organization or club to collect books for Tenikka's Books for Kids. Email us at TB4K@actionnewsjax.com for the tools to get started.
