UPDATED: Videos show impacts of Hurricane Dorian in Jacksonville area

FLORIDA — Hurricane Dorian brought heavy wind and strong rain to Northeast Florida Wednesday, and is now moving toward Southeast Georgia.

Counties have lifted evacuations and curfews and class will resume in most districts on Friday.
