Names.org today released what the most popular baby names are in Florida in 2023 based on Social Security Administration data and user interest on its website.
For boys, Liam ranks No. 1 followed by Noah and Lucas. Mateo and Dylan are new names that made it into the top 10 this year.
Seven of Florida’s top 10 boy’s names are also on the national top 10 list. The three names unique to Florida are Ethan, Mateo and Dylan.
For girls, Olivia, Emma and Isabella top the list. Mila is the new name that makes an appearance in the top 10 for 2023.
Nine of Florida’s top 10 girl’s names are also on the national top 10 list, the one name unique to Florida is Mila.
