JACKSONVILLE, Fla — The Florida Department of Law Enforcement needs your help tracking down wanted sex offenders.
The first is 52-year-old Edward Parks. Parks is a sex offender following a 2001 conviction for a lewd and lascivious act on a child under 16.
The 52-year-old has also faced a number of failure to register charges dating back to 2005.
Parks is 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighs 143 pounds. He has tattoos on his right shoulder, right arm, and head. Parks also has a scar on his back.
The FDLE is also looking for 47-year-old William Flatt.
Flatt is a sex offender following a 2004 sex offense conviction in Illinois. Authorities think he is in Jacksonville though.
Flatt is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 126 pounds.
