According to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, Karmas Far is recalling the bath seats – described as two-in-one or three-in-one booster seats for bathing, eating and sitting up – because they do not meet federal safety requirements for leg openings and stability. The seats “can tip over while in use, posing a drowning hazard to babies,” the recall alert said.

The seats, which were available from Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Wish and Bosonshop from August 2017 to October of this year, sold for about $35 to $75 each, according to the CPSC website.

“Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled infant bath seats and contact Karmas Far to receive a pre-paid label to return the products,” the alert said. “Upon receipt of the products, consumers will be issued a full refund for the purchase price. Karmas Far is notifying all known purchasers directly.”

The company said it has not received any reports of injuries in connection with the products.

Anyone with questions about the recall should call Karmas Far at 909-372-6955 or send an email to recall@karmasfar.com.
