GAINESVILLE, Fla. — The Florida Gators vs. LSU game is back on.
The game was postponed last weekend because of Hurricane Matthew and there was a lot of controversy whether the game would be made up.
The schools have agreed to swap home games in essence. Florida will now travel to Baton Rouge to play at LSU on November 19th and in return the Gators will host LSU the next two years in 2017 and 2018.
Since the teams rescheduled the game, they will also buyout their opponents from that date. Florida was supposed to play at home against Presbyterian and LSU was scheduled to play at home against South Alabama.
The Florida Gators are home this Saturday against Missouri.
