Gordon will make landfall as a high-end tropical storm or low-end Category 1 hurricane, First Alert Meteorologist Mike Buresh said.
There is a chance for isolated tornadoes and waterspouts.
There is no impact on Jacksonville, but the Atlantic Basin is active and everyone is urged to have their hurricane plan ready.
