The Atlantic Basin is quiet & looks very "fall-ish".  No tropical development is likely to occur anytime soon.

The map below shows the typical tracks of late season - Nov. - tropical systems - usually highly influenced by a stronger & more meridional (north/south) jet stream.... followed by the genesis points for previous tropical cyclones in Nov. going back to 1851....
