TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — No one took home the big jackpot in Monday night’s Powerball, but two people in Florida woke up richer.
Florida Lottery’s website shows that two people matched four of the five numbers and Powerball numbers. Monday’s numbers were 18, 23, 35, 45 and 54 with 16 as the Powerball.
One ticket had the 4X power play with it, which brought the winnings for that ticket from $50,000 to $200,000. The other ticket did not include the power play, so it is worth $50,000.
Action News Jax is reaching out to the Florida Lottery to confirm where the winning ticket was sold.
With no winners in Monday night’s jackpot, Wednesday’s drawing will be for $700 million with a cash value of $335.7 million. You can see if your numbers match with the Powerball drawing live on CBS47 and FOX30 before Action News Jax at 11 p.m. Wednesday.
