An 84-year-old man is missing out of Mandarin. On Tuesday, August 4, 2020 patrol officers were called to the 4000 block of Sunbeam Road. Samuel Leroy Walker was last seen at approximately 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Efforts to find him have been unsuccessful. He should be on foot and uses a walking stick for assistance. Walker has been diagnosed with dementia and JSO is trying to find him to make sure he’s safe.

Name: Samuel Leroy Walker
Age: 84 years old
Race/Sex: Black/Male
Height/Weight: 5′10″/145 lbs.
Eyes/Hair: Brown/Gray & White
Clothing: Blue denim shirt and jeans, tan/orange hat and unknown shoes
