Brad Potter, 37, and Pamela Collins, 50, were arrested. They are being charged with murder and burglary. Potter is already an inmate in the Georgia prison system, authorities said. Authorities do not believe Potter or Collins knew Zalewski.

At this time, authorities believe burglary was the likely motive. Both suspects have criminal histories, authorities said.

Zalewski had only moved to Glynn County a few days before the murder. Zalewski flipped houses and was planning to fix up the home.

Zalewski's children, Renee and Robert, were in Glynn County with Chief John Powell when the arrests were announced.

"I hope they realized [the suspects] ruined lives," Renee Zalewski said. "Anyone asked [my dad] to do something, he always went above and beyond to do something it was just what they asked. Whether it was work, colleagues, family, friends."

"He was my best friend. We enjoyed the outdoors together. Fished a lot," Rovert Zalewski said. "We definitely can breathe a lot better knowing that people responsible for this are behind jail...behind bars."
