BRUNSWICK, Ga — Radial, a bpost group company, announced Tuesday morning that they are hiring over 600 customer care workers.
A customer care worker’s responsibilities include assisting shoppers via multiple forms of communication, including email, chat, text, and social media, and help place orders, handle credit requests and returns, shipping issues, processing, and responding to customer emails, and more.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic interviews will be socially-distant and training will be virtual. 50-70% of the employees that are hired will work remotely.
Safety measures that will take place inside the buildings include,
- Implementing automated temperature thermal screenings for anyone prior to entering every facility, visitors included
- Adjustments to working layouts and technology enhancements to enable and enforce social distancing
- Heightened hygiene and sanitation procedures across every site to reduce risk
Right now Radial is only looking to hire seasonal workers, but individuals who are seeking a full-time position have the opportunity to transition into full-time at the end of the year or early 2021.
