PHOTO: Florida driver straps lawn mower to car roof, drives on I-10
A YouTube user uploaded video Sunday of a man driving a scooter onto State Road 17 with what appears to be 1x6x8 inch board from the Lowe's at River City MarketPlace.
The video shows the man crossing over railroad tracks on Airport Center Drive onto Main Street.
It appears that the scooter driver is holding the base of the board with his feet while cradling the middle section of the board with his neck and shoulder.
The Youtuber can be heard saying "That is really dangerous. Do not do this. This is disturbing. He's gonna hurt somebody."
