Satsuma man arrested after hitting crossing guard, driving away, Putnam County deputies say

A Satsuma man was arrested for hit-and-run after striking a crossing guard with his car on Palm Avenue as the guard helped students cross the road, says the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office.
