CLAY COUNTY, Fla. — Construction crews are working at the intersection of Blanding Boulevard and Wells Road is causing major traffic Tuesday morning near the Orange Park Mall.
Northbound Blanding Blanding Boulevard is down to one lane beginning at Orange Park Mall into Duval County, according to a Safer Watch Alert from Clay County Sheriff’s Office.
Those coming from Wells Road (Walgreens) will not be able to turn northbound and must go south and do a Uturn.
It’s unknown how long the lanes will be closed and authorities are asking drivers to avoid the area or seek an alternate route.
