JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Officers with the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office responded Friday to a robbery at the Jacksonville Bank on 10300 San Jose Blvd.
JSO says a white male in his mid-30s entered the bank, showed a handgun and made off with an unknown amount of cash. The suspect fled on foot to the parking lot of the nearby America Bowl, whhere he was seen fleeing in a small, two-door vehicle.
The suspect is described as a white male, about 5-foot-9 and between 140-150 lbs. He was wearing a white ball cap, a light colored plaid or striped shirt with blue jeans. He also had a tattoo on the side of his neck.
