ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. — Florida Highway Patrol investigators told Action News Jax a child was seriously hurt in a head-on crash overnight.
The crash happened at the intersection of State Road 207 and Lightsey Road in St. Augustine.
Witnesses reported that a driver of a pickup truck going the wrong way crashed into a car of a mother with her three children inside.
Action News Jax has learned one of the kids was taken to Wolfson children’s hospital with critical injuries. The others involved in the crash were taken to Flagler Hospital.
Troopers are investigating.
