Paralyzed woman is missing after leaving hospital, Lake City police need your help locating her

COLUMBIA COUNTY, Fla. — A paralyzed woman in Lake City is missing, according to police.

Patricia Reeves, 62, was last seen at Lake City Medical Center Monday. Police say she was discharged on an unknown date and now the Lake City Police Department is asking for the community's help in locating her.

Since the woman's body is paralyzed on the left side and she reportedly suffers from dementia, she is considered endangered by police.

Police provided the following description of Reeves:

• Height: 5'04
• Hair: Blonde
• Eyes: Blue
• Weight: 180 pounds
