University of North Florida students post virtual workouts to keep classmates healthy

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Students from the University of North Florida are working to help their classmates stay healthy and active at home as the coronavirus pandemic continues.

Members of the Department of Recreation and Wellness are posting free home workouts on Instagram.

They are posting a variety of exercises, and most don’t require any equipment or offer substitutes that are easy to find around the house.
