JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A man is under arrest for allegedly setting a house on fire last week in Arlington. The fire was ruled arson by the State Fire Marshal's office, and they said it spread from a home at Arlington Road and Bretta Street to an apartment building. Several apartments were damaged, leaving families without a place to stay.
