A Jacksonville corrections officer was arrested after she failed a drug test and admitted to using drugs, including heroin, police said.
The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office announced Monday the arrest of Lisa Davis.
She had worked for JSO for seven years and was selected for random drug testing.
JSO was notified by the testing center that the sample she turned in was not human urine, officials said.
JSO said Davis admitted to using illegal narcotics, including heroin.
She was taken into custody on Monday morning.
Davis resigned from JSO.
