Ware County students on early release schedule Friday due to weather conditions

Ware County Schools  announced Thursday evening that students will follow the Early release schedule Friday, Dec. 14 due to the heavy rain and storms expected in the afternoon.

"Many of our county roads are still not completely dried out. We are taking this proactive measure to ensure that students and staff members can get home safely on Friday afternoon," Ware County Schools stated.

Schools will dismiss early at the following times:

• Ware County Learning center to dismiss at 11 a.m.
• Daffodil Pre K will dismiss at 11:30 a.m.
•  Ware County High school to dismiss at 1 p.m.
• Middles schools to dismiss at 1:20 p.m. wa
