“Effective immediately City Code enforcement will be monitoring businesses throughout Duval County to be sure they are following State order guidelines.”
Those who are not in compliance face the risk of losing their liquor or food license.
Those businesses will be reported to the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
The DBPR can revoke or suspend licenses immediately.
