JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A man died after being stabbed Saturday night in the Hogan’s Creek area, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.
JSO said officers were called to the 2300 block of Davis Road just before 8 p.m. Saturday in reference to a stabbing.
Officers arrived and found an adult Black male with a stab wound. He was taken to an area hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Homicide detectives, crime scene detectives, the Medical Examiner’s Office and the State Attorney’s Office are investigating the circumstances of the incident, JSO said. Multiple people have been detained and are being interviewed.
Based on information gathered so far, officials said the incident appears to be isolated, and there is no active threat to the community.
